JOB OPENING Position: Electrical Engineer at Laconia Magnetics, Inc. in Belmont, NH
Responsible for designing, manufacturing, and installing transformers
Duties: • Prepare technical drawings and specifications of custom designed transformers.• Operate and train team members on engineering and design software.• Conduct technical and critical tests on transformers.• Conduct troubleshooting on units that fail tests.• Assist in the development and design of new units, working with engineers from customers of Laconia Magnetics.• Keep a log for units tested to be matched up with a serial number.• Inspect completed transformers prior to shipment.• Share knowledge of the UL insulation system with team members Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field and two (2) years of experience or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.Up to 10% domestic travel required.Please send resume to [email protected].
